Job responsibilities of US IT Recruiter:

-To search resumes online.

-To match the resumes with the job description.

-To perform extensive phone/email screening of the suitable candidates (US citizens, GC and H1b visa holders).

-To know the interest and availability of the suitable candidates, and negotiate salaries and coordinate their technical interviews.

Qualification:

- Any graduate or post graduate (any year pass out)

- Willing to work in night shift.

- Both voice and non-voice positions available.

Work Timing (Fixed Shift): 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday).

Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.

Salary: Market based.
