Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
* Interacting with potential US candidates on social media and professional networks for the open positions for sourcing the profiles (. LinkedIn)
* Drafting and sending recruiting emails to potential candidates
* Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (. Boolean search)
* Ensuring all screening, hiring, & selection is done in accordance with employment laws & regulations.
* Submitting quality profiles to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
* Updating Application Tracking System in real time.
* Proactive status reporting to Delivery Manager.
* Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
* Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks
* Constantly working on to create employer branding among larger talent pool.
* Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
