2. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers

3. Work on strategic global hiring programs

4. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization

5. Procure people for different IT Requirements

6. Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates

7. Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises

8. Two way cab facilities available (Both pickup and drop)

Working Hours: US Shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
