The candidate should have:
Ability to interpret and understand the job requirements for technical roles.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (. Phone, Video conferencing).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Out-of-the box thinker and a data-oriented personality having excellent eye for details.
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer).
• Write and post technical job descriptions on various hiring portals.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (Social platforms & professional networks).
• Building pipeline of talent to fill future openings.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Focus on leveraging all available mediums in order to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Need to manage campus & walk-in drives.
• Create and maintain database of the candidates in the hiring pipeline.
• Compose job offer letters.
• Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System.
