Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified candidates
Handle end-to-end recruitment process, right from sourcing candidates from job portals till on-boarding.
Source and screen potential candidates for the requirement using job portals & other online tools.
Establish relationships with candidates in specified region
Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates about the opportunity
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Negotiate compensation, coordinate for the interview schedules between the client and the candidate, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants facilitate
Eligibility Criteria
Willing to work in the night shifts (US timings)
Excellent Communication Skills
Be able to work to deadlines
Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Result orientation and strong desire to earn good income
