You Will:
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
• Source and screen the best candidates and then coordinate the interview process, and closing of candidates for assigned roles
• Write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed
• Source high-quality talent through a variety of tactics (; networking, social media, job boards, etc.)
• Demonstrate a commitment to identifying a diverse slate of candidates
You have:
• 00 to 4 years of experience in the entire US Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
• Open to work on both IT and Non-IT requirements
• A passion for building cohesive teams and a positive team-oriented approach to your work
• Experience juggling multiple open requisitions while conducting a high-touch recruitment process
• Ability to understand each department's skills and responsibilities across levels
• Good ability to build pipelines (Strategic Sourcing)
• Great selling and closing skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills
• Independent, Self-starter
