JOB TITLE: US Recruiters - IT/Non IT

LOCATION: Panchkula, Haryana

WORKING MODE: Onsite

TIME OF SHIFT: US Shift

JOB OVERVIEW: We have several openings for US IT (technical) and NON-IT (non-technical) recruiters. Any graduate or above is eligible to apply for this job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-end recruitment for the IT and non-IT industries

• Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.

• Handling the entire recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT

• Using all job portals in the recruitment industry.

• Referencing and mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures.

• Negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out.

• Arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates.

• Mass mailing and job posting to receive the maximum resume for the various profiles.

• Maintaining an internal database for future references
