Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiating of compensation packages.

Excellent communication skills.

Good logical and analytical skills.

The candidate must possess basic technical and computer skills.

Prior experience or knowledge in recruitment is a plus for the IT Recruiter Position (job posting, sourcing, screening, cold calls, and email write-up).

Experience working with Banking, Investment, and BFSI clients.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating

job boards.

Extensively worked with LinkedIn RPS, Dice and Monster portal.

Understanding on H1 Transfer process/ C2C

Basic Qualifications include:

Graduate (Preferred)

Good written verbal (English) communication skills

Ability to understand various Healthcare skills

Working knowledge of computer applications including Excel Word
