We are seeking a dynamic and motivated USIT Recruiter to join our team and help us in sourcing and recruiting freshers for our USIT (US Information Technology) projects. As a USIT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and onboarding potential candidates to meet our client's technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates
Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Keep track of recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the USIT domain
Strong understanding of US Information Technology (USIT) and related technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
