Roles and Responsibilities

Effectively perform inbound calls to target prospects.

Understand customer needs and requirements

Close sales and achieve targets.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team to build pipelines and close deals.

Knowledge of GDS-Amadeus, Galileo, and Worldspan is plus

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven inside sales experience

Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day

Excellent verbal and written communication

Should be passionate about Travel Sales.

Amending and Cancelling Flights, Processing Refunds, Repricing, Making New Reservations.

Expert in handling Airline Calls and Online Queries.

Meeting Monthly Performance Metrics.

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Should be comfortable with US shift
