KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients and business opportunities identified by the proprietor.
Effectively manage and nurture leads through communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads into actionable business opportunities.
Provide regular updates to the proprietor regarding lead status, progress, and any potential challenges or opportunities.
Manage the social media accounts and phone calls of the proprietor and take charge of urgent tasks in the absence of the proprietor.
Travel to branch offices of the firm as needed.
Manage and coordinate banking-related activities.
Plan, organize, and execute company events, including but not limited to employee gatherings, team-building activities, and celebrations. Also schedule, coordinate, plan and conduct events as a representative at educational institutions.
Manage and prioritize the daily calendar to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve software-related issues promptly, ensuring a smooth workflow for all employees.
Spearhead personalized birthday wishes to clients, cultivating positive relationships and demonstrating our commitment to client satisfaction.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, termination, performance appraisal processes, conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills of the workforce.
Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation programs and conducting regular performance appraisalprocesses.
