Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, helping to identify and hire top talent for our organization. This role is perfect for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment and who are eager to contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Recruitment Administration:
Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Onboarding and Documentation:
Assist in the onboarding process, including collecting required documents and verifying eligibility.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
