Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat queries from international customers.
Address customer concerns, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Communication:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and fluency while interacting with customers.
Adapt communication styles to suit diverse cultural backgrounds.
Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
Provide appropriate solutions or escalate unresolved matters to the concerned departments.
Sales (Optional):
Upsell and cross-sell products/services when applicable.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, if applicable.
Documentation:
Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is advantageous.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software (., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
