We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including data entry, data verification, data cleaning, data formatting, data retrieval, record keeping, quality assurance, report generation, managing communications, research, meeting and event coordination, basic accounting and financial tasks, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
2. Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure data integrity.
3. Data Cleaning: Identify and rectify errors and inconsistencies in data to maintain data quality.
4. Data Formatting: Properly format data for reporting and analysis purposes.
5. Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from various sources and systems as needed.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
7. Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and assist in maintaining data accuracy.
8. Report Generation: Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data.
9. Managing Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages as needed.
10. Research: Conduct research as required to gather information and support decision-making.
11. Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
12. Basic Accounting and Financial Tasks: Perform basic financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
13. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, document preparation, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
