The supervisor reports job progress and issues to the manager, arranges site inspections, and ensures work completion. They demonstrate leadership skills, motivate the team, and monitor performance levels. The role requires technical qualifications in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. Knowledge of MEP installation, AC systems, safety practices, and customer service excellence is essential.
