Job Title: Manager Government Tendering for Construction Work with Central Government

Job Summary:

The Manager Government Tendering for Construction Work with Central Government is responsible for managing the entire process of government tendering for construction work. This role involves developing and implementing a strategic plan for winning government contracts, overseeing the preparation and submission of bids, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for winning government contracts for construction work.

• Research and identify government tenders for construction work that align with the company's capabilities and interests.

• Manage the preparation and submission of bids, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including those related to procurement, safety, and quality.

• Maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders, including attending meetings and presenting proposals.

• Monitor and evaluate the company's performance on government contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to government tendering for construction work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government tendering for construction work, preferably with central government.

• Strong understanding of procurement regulations and policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with government officials and stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
