We are hiring IT Recruiter :Delhi /NCR

Candidate must have experience into end to end IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment.

Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.

Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals (Naukri, Monster )

Collecting requirement from Respective Team Lead.

Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.

Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.

Candidates having experience with staffing industry can apply
