Fixing appointments and arrangement of meetings

Handling all outward/ inward documents .

Arranging and Organizing of the meetings

File and retrieve documents, records, and reports of Transactions

Attending the phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take/ Pass messages

Perform other administrative and secretarial jobs assigned from time to time

File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.

Other Related Information Candidate must be flexible with extended working hours.
