1) Scheduling and arranging appointment with the customers/clients
2) Reception and Job Order creation
3) Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
4) Check repairs and execution of ongoing work in the garage
5) Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
6) Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer
7) Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition
8) Vehicle Pickup and delivery management
9) Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
10) Process implementation for cost control
11) Monitoring of metrics of the technicians

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills to perform their job successfully
Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
Patience to cope with different customers personalities

Proficiency with industry-specific software
