ADMIN Person / EA for Office Work
Scope of Work, Job Description:
1. Willing Person with a Positive Attitude, Flexible, Multi Tasking Ability.
2. Basic English Language knowledge. Education – Graduate.
3. COMPUTER OPERATOR / Computer knowledge - Word, Letters, Excel (Basic knowledge), Calculations, Internet browsing (basic).
4. Overall Coordination and follow ups (Email, Whatsapp, Calls etc.)
5. Other Jobs: Bank work - Deposit Cheques, collection etc.. Courier, Billing, Filing work, Print Outs, deliver and collect things at times etc.. (Basic flexibility in nature..)
6. Office Management, Attendance, Salary, Leaves etc
7. Contractor and vendor coordination - payments, negotiation, work order generation, Bills, Filing etc.
8. Basic accounts work (to even fill in for Account's absence)
9. Payments / GST / TDS work etc
10. Work related to Income Tax / CA Work etc..
11. Basic Expenses Management / Cash Management etc.
12. Site visit / Client visits/calls
13. Paperwork (property sale and purchase related, brokerage work related etc.)
14. Attending meetings (Brokers, Clients, RWAs etc.) (Sometimes.)
15. Some basic work of other group companies / Work substitution for other employees / and some more roles etc.
