Job Description :-
- Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
- Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
- Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Bank staff and
customers
- Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.
- Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
- Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.
- Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
- 8-10 branches will be tagged to employee of Indian Bank.
