Experience Required - 3 to 5 years as a sales executive in a medium size
Company - Bourgeon Foods LLP
Annual CTC – 4L to 5L
Role Responsibility:
• Achieving revenue goals - Target fixation based on potential of each sales territory. Ability to sales planning and forecast sales for the unit and deliver with accuracy
• Achieving distribution goals- Set coverage targets for each sales territory based on opportunities and guidelines. Appointment of stockists and ensure coverage and manpower deployment as per work plan objective. Open the new distribution channels.
• Execute promotion plan at retail to create sales driven demand.
• Achieve segment wise outlet target as per work plan guidelines through the sales team.
• Training and Coaching- Coaches and builds a team. Developing skills and techniques to train, coach and develop the team to manage current and future responsibilities.
• Technology Management –Knowledge of word and excel sheet. Full use of software in Data collection, analyse of data, and make a sound plan based on available opportunities that deliver superior sales results.
