Profile: Unit Manager

A start up health food Company, with a highly conceptual and innovative product, is looking for sales unit manager position. The candidate should be conceptually strong, excellent in communication and motivation with “can-do” attitude. He should be able to implement FMCG systems and process, action oriented, self-starter and willing to work hard in a challenging environment.

Age: Between 28 to 38 years

Education: Graduate, MBA [institute ranking from 20 to 40]

Experience: 3 to 5 years as a sales executive in a medium size FMCG. He should have managed a team of 5 to 7 company paid sales people in his current assignment.

Company identity: Regional if food company or National If FMCG.

Job profile: Field job.

Proficiency of language: Good command in speaking and writing in English and Hindi.

Head quarter: Currently Indore but transferable to other location.
