Job Description

Having experience in Configuring and supporting complex Unified Communication solutions, design and handle complex system related communications routing protocols to support Corporate Plans Dial Plan (E164), Call Control principles, Complex Call Routing, Inter-system Dialing, Carrier SIP, Inter-system SIP integration.

In-depth knowledge Microsoft Teams and, for Business, lync products.

Knowledge of creating voice routing and teams policies.

Knowledge of for Business hybrid deployments.

Knowledge of updating the lync and for business Cumulative updates.

Experience with implementation and migration to cloud voice solutions.

for Business, Exchange server, Enterprise voice, Microsoft teams, including advanced configurations for direct routing , Complex voice solutions, Office 365, Session Border Control (SBC), Audiocodes and MCSE Productivity, Lync.

Experience deploying and configuring Lync/ for Business audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365

Experience integrating for Business with other unified communications systems (chat, media, video, voice)

Experience of migrating from previous versions ( lync , ) to Current version ( Teams )

Strong analytical skills; able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment.

Manage all voice and video project risk and issue.

Monitoring voice and video project progress and provide reporting document.

Skill in handling M365 services at end to end.

Skill in handling exchange on-prem server versions ( Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 2019 )
