About The Role

Ability to clearly understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective design solutions

Deliver high quality technical designs with high performance, scalability, flexibility and maintainability across all businesses.

Produce and enhance wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and other UI-UX design solutions for Desktop & Mobile products.

Deliver design solutions within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team.

Plan user testing to validate designs using a variety of methodologies

Synthesize analytical data and share the results with stakeholders including team members; iterate designs rapidly based on learnings.

Act in a creative, curious, and questioning capacity; be open to taking and providing critique

What skills and experience do you need?

2-8 years of experience in working with online / digital solutions

Experience in creating Mobile & Desktop products while basic Website designs are a must.

Strong Conceptual & Visual ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design.

Manage the design of large and complex systems of interaction using a human-centeredapproach and attention to detail.

Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually to internal and external stakeholders to build trust.

Efficiency for conducting A/B testing and other performance testing

Should have good communication skills & be good at coordinating with team members using project management tools.

Highly proficient with Sketchapp, Principle. Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite and other similar design tools & plugins

Proactive, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
