 User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing specific to

accounting tasks to gather insights and identify user needs.

Analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

 Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and

interactive mock-ups for both desktop and mobile applications to visualize

design concepts and user flows.

 Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that are intuitive and align

with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all

platforms.

 Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including

product management, development, and marketing, to ensure successful

implementation of designs in both desktop and mobile apps.

 Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design

systems and style guides to enhance design consistency and usability.

 Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders

and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement of user experience.

 HTML/CSS Knowledge: Utilize strong HTML/CSS skills to create functional

prototypes and assist development teams in implementing designs effectively.

 Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

in UI/UX design, particularly in the context of accounting software.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in design, ( Computer Science )

 Coding is must

 5-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in software

applications.

 Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar.

 Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, user flows, and case studies,

particularly for desktop and mobile applications.

 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies,

especially in the context of financial applications.

 Expertise in HTML/CSS, with the ability to translate designs into responsive

layouts for both desktop and mobile.
