Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Typist with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transcribing and inputting various types of data into Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Excel functions.
Responsibilities:
*Data Entry: Accurately transcribe and input data into Excel spreadsheets from various sources, including handwritten documents, electronic files, and other formats.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing thorough quality checks.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to organize, analyze, and manipulate data.
* Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and accurate typing skills to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Transcribe documents with precision and efficiency.
Typing speed - 35 to 40WPM
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
* Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and priorities.
* Communicate effectively regarding data-related issues and updates.
* Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to data entries.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data entry and Excel functions.
Propose improvements to streamline data entry processes.
Requirements:
