Duties and Responsibilities

Conducting repair and maintenance functions on LED TV sets.

Detecting damages and other malfunctions and repairing the same.

Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment.

Working in tandem with the company policies.

Appropriately handling all repairs and testing equipments.

Interacting with customers to understand the issues of their LED TV sets.

Checking the display settings and other faults .

Thoroughly inspecting and testing the electronic units and circuits in the LED TV sets .

Testing the LED TV sets to ensure the proper working of the same.

Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines.

Completing all tasks as assigned by the supervising authorities.

Skills and Specifications

Should have excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.

Sound understanding all technical aspects of television sets and ability to appropriately handle repair tools.

Education and Qualifications

High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or any other related discipline with about 2 – 3 years of experience as a TV repair technician.
