Component level soldering and de-soldering in both SMD (Surface Mounting Devices) & THT (Through Hole Technology)
Schematic diagram, block diagram and other debugging soft tools
Electronics industrial standards like ESD, 5S, ROHS etc
IPC standards for Rework of Electronic assemblies “
Equipment’s handling like multi meter, DC power supply, oscilloscope, baking oven, dry cabinet, & ONT , STB and OLT related testing tools, Hot air gun, soldering iron and de-soldering tool.
Hardware troubleshooting in all product testing.
BGA Rework( Reball the BGA, manually and also using BGA jigs)
Handling of BGA rework machine,
Performs all repairs, rework, test and documentation steps necessary to proceed
Finding the all fault in multi-layer PCBA by using Multimeter.
Individual performer to repair and solve any types of problems in the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board & Assembly)
Perform 5M, FMEA analysis to identify the root cause and provide the analysis report for PCBA failure in 8-D.
REPAIR ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Diploma
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Repair Engineer
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment
TECHNICAL SKILLES
Expert in Soldering & Disordering.
Assemble & Disassemble of ONT and OLT
Cheap Level Components Soldering & Disordering
PREFERRED SKILLS
Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment
Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
Review daily work orders and provide reports
Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
