Job Position: Travel Support Associate/ Senior Travel Support Associate

Location: Indiranagar ,Bangalore./Work from office, 1 Km away from Indiranagar Metro Station

Prefer Any Graduates who are flexible with timings.

Notice Period – Immediate/ 15 days.

Responsibilities:

Ø Act as first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs

Ø Use the ITILITE platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's request.

Ø Any Graduate-with at least 1 – 2 years of experience in Domestic/International BPO industry

Ø Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.

Ø Customer support experience is good to have.

skills:

*Good Written and Verbal Communication skills is a must.

Salary range – 5 lpa onwards (Includes variables)

Work timings Normal India Shift timings.

Interview process – 2-3 rounds of interview – Audio/Video Rounds

Education qualification – Any Diploma/Bachelors Degree can apply
