Determine and develop customer requirements for customized International travel products and packages (developing package itinerary).
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Staying up to date with all the new products, packages, and services launches in the industry.
Working efficiently with the sales & marketing team and pitching International & Domestic Holiday and Tour Packages to individuals as well as corporate clients and help retaining existing customers as well as providing round the clock customer support.
Innovative and creative Travel Specialists who can bring new ideas to the table and strategies for meeting the company's customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Professional skills:
On-site work experience: (1 - 5) years.
Prior experience as a sales representative/sales executive (especially in the Travel industry) would be a plus.
Creative problem solver with the ability and experience to understand customer requirements.
Must have the skills to handle multiple priorities when needed without compromising with delivery & schedule.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi), knowledge of any other language would be a plus.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent knowledge of all the travel products a travel company has.
Good knowledge of world geography with international and domestic travel locations.
Good knowledge of customer-base resources.
Good sense of responsibility, commitment and dedication.
