Roles and Responsibilities:

 Cruise Booking Agents manage cruise planning, using sales techniques and

deploying guest service skills in a high-volume inbound call center

 Book and confirm Cruise reservations by providing comprehensive

information about the Cruises.

 Engage with Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving

directions and other information.

 Create and modify reservations.

 Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with

bookings.

 Passion and knowledge of Cruise Sailings and Ships

 Effectively finalize reservations through our preferred cruise line partners

Skills:

 As a cruise advisor, you must be an excellent communicator

 Possess great sales skills, while having a passion for delivering a world class experience to

our customer base

Requirements:

 Excellent communication skills.

 Should be well-versed with GDS
