Are you a go-getter passionate about sales and the Travel Industry? We're seeking highly driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and building strong relationships with travel agents.
Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, Bangalore, Delhi
What you'll do:
Onboard travel partners in assigned geography
Work with the travel partners and their team to achieve designated booking targets.
Assist in training the travel partner teams in Mihuru's products & services and loan process
Be one point of contact at Mihuru for the travel partners at designated locations.
Responsibilities:
Interact and meet up with travel partners, generate leads for Mihuru's Travel Now, Pay Later and working capital products to achieve sales targets
Collaborate closely with internal teams to customize products and services to meet the unique needs and preferences of travel partners
Build and maintain business relationship with current and potential travel partners
Manage partnership and sales pipeline and track conversion ratios
Prepare sales proposals, quotations and other documentation
Follow up with travel partner prospects to close partnership
**Desirable / Preferred Qualifications: **
Bachelors degree
1-3 years experience in travel sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results oriented individual with a can-do attitude.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is preferred.
