Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling travel products and services, and will be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
• Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirement:
• 1+ years of experience in travel sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of travel products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
