ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The ability and desire to sell
• Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are
retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to clients
• Visit to the travel clients and explain them about our products
• Must have good database of travel agents
• Aware about the technology (CRM, Website, Portal and Digital Marketing)
• A positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Contain good experience with B2B Travel sales
• Must have good network of travel agents
• Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Good email writing skills
• Convincing and influencing ability
• Preferred only male candidates
