We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Travel Executive with a proven track record in tele sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and excellent communication skills, with at least six months of experience in a tele sales role. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
Present and explain travel packages and services.
Provide accurate and detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Process bookings and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Keep up-to-date with travel trends and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in tele sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Good communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of travel destinations and products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
