Australian International sales process:- We are seeking highly motivated and skilled sales executives for a leading Melbourne Headquartered International Air ticket sales process. The job responsibility will be taking inbound calls, converting the leads into sales, and providing outstanding customer service to international air travelers.
Requirements-
Effective Communication Skills: This includes fluent communication skills (written and oral) in English, and Hindi, speaking abilities in Punjabi fluently will be an added advantage as well as active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Basic Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System)- Amadeus or Galileo will be preferred, Sales experience is mandatory.
Minimum Experience - 6 months onwards.
Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
