Roles and Responsibilities
TC assist clients in booking a holiday package of their choice. The role demands sales and operations for customizable tour packages to popular travel destinations in India. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.
Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements
Understand client's requirements and offer packages accordingly
Coordinating with the operations team.
Handling operations/sales for domestic tour inquiries (Understanding of 1 - 3 Destinations in India)
Create bookings/reservations for customers, prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking, and customization.
Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
Post sales file operations, Invoicing
Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Having passion for Sales and customer service.
Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint.
Good knowledge of major domestic travel destinations is preferred but not a constraint.
Must have knowledge of Indian geography, hotels & airports preferred but not a constraint
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in any travel agency or company will be preferred.
