A United Kingdom based travel company is looking for Freshers and Experienced passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include converting leads, and meeting sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-Help clients identify their ideal Flight Bookings based on their suggestions and requirements.
-International voice process For Airline Reservations and Sales especially for UK Inbound.
-Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
-Provide end to end service while organizing a trip for booking the Flight tickets, reserving the hotels/cars and creating the itinerary.
-Provide all relevant and essential information to the client regarding their travel itinerary.
-Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
-Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
-Reach the sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
-Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Freshers are also welcome.
-Prior experience as a travel agent would be an added advantage.
-Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
-Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
