Travel Customer Service and Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Flight bookings & Ticketing

Should have good working knowledge on GDS ( Amadeus and Galileo).

Arrange, describe & sell promotional travel incentives offer.

Making quotation, travel itineraries etc

Arranging Flight Bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.

Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs etc.

Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bounds.

Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, Cancellations, Date change or refunds.

Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.

Keeping track on documentation, payments.

Follow the set SLA and guidelines

Show great salesmanship by being able to manipulate the customers demand as per what we have available

Good communication Skills and presentable
