Travel Customer Service and Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
• Flight bookings & Ticketing
•Should have good working knowledge on GDS ( Amadeus and Galileo).
• Arrange, describe & sell promotional travel incentives offer.
• Making quotation, travel itineraries etc
• Arranging Flight Bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs etc.
• Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bounds.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, Cancellations, Date change or refunds.
• Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
• Keeping track on documentation, payments.
• Follow the set SLA and guidelines
• Show great salesmanship by being able to manipulate the customers demand as per what we have available
• Good communication Skills and presentable
