Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for flight bookings, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
Convert leads into sales by providing competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
Understand customer travel requirements and offer suitable options.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications for flights and travel packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
Work with PPC leads and hot inquiries to maximize conversions.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in PPC Sales (US Travel Process)
✔ Proficiency in English / Spanish / Bilingual (English & Spanish)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) preferred
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Undergraduate/Graduate (both can apply)
