### 1. **Client Acquisition**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify potential clients through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, events, and social media.

- **Cold Calling & Emailing:** Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and messages to pitch holiday packages.

- **Networking:** Build and maintain a network of contacts to facilitate client acquisition.

### 2. **Client Engagement**

- **Consultation:** Understand the client's preferences, budget, and requirements to tailor holiday packages accordingly.

- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

- **Follow-up:** Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to secure bookings and maintain client satisfaction.

### 3. **Product Knowledge**

- **Package Details:** Have in-depth knowledge of the company's holiday packages, including destinations, accommodations, itineraries, pricing, and special offers.

- **Customization:** Be able to customize packages based on client needs, providing unique and personalized travel experiences.

- **Up-selling & Cross-selling:** Suggest upgrades, additional services, or complementary packages to enhance the clients experience and increase sales.
