Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive at A-Plus Holidays and Travels in New Delhi (Pitampura). The role involves handling travel sales, assisting customers in booking travel packages, providing travel information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
Knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and booking systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.
Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros & cons each.
Follow up with clients about travel plans & make adjustments as needed.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up.
