Key responsibilities:

1. Guiding customers on their Holiday requirements for Meghalaya and other Northeastern States through calls and messages.

2. Designing Holiday Itinerary as per customer requirement

3. Doing costing for the package

4. Selling Holiday Packages to customer

5. Ensure track of payment collection

Timing: From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Knowledge/Skills and Additional Information Required -

1. Multitasker

3. Proficient in English, both verbal and written

4. Good communication and analytical skills

5. Customer Management Skills.

6. Should have Destination Knowledge (. Sight Seeing, Transfers, Hotels)
