Job Description

- Need to be well versed with hotel bookings, contracting and visa processing.

- Need to respond to urgent client queries from home at night and weekends if required.

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding of Domestic & International tourist destinations.

Handling Domestic and International sales & operations for tourism clients and corporates clients.

Liaison with hoteliers, vendors & suppliers.

Handle visa and passport documentation, insurance policies, hotel booking for FIT & corporate clients.

Preparing final costing as per company format for quotations.

Responsible for designing international and domestic leisure packages, designing itineraries, costing itineraries, customizing packages as per the customer's requirement.

Handling operations, documentations, customer service pre and post booking services, on tour issue, complaints, of the Client.

Create new products & itineraries for website and marketing promotions.

Visiting Roadshows / workshops & maintaining relations with new suppliers.

Keeping record & reports of the work done and bookings made.
