o Arranging Domestic & International Flight Tickets (On GDS and
B2B Portals), Worldwide Visas, Endorsement, Forex, Remittance,
Hotels & Car Rental, Rail Reservations etc.
o Make reservations for planned travel - hotels and airlines
o Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments
as needed
o Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients
want to use
o Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up
o Maintaining regular communication with customer prior to
departure to provide good service
o Follow up with the clients for pending payments
o Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions,
phone calls and meetings.
o Keep an employee records and maintain sales sheet for future
requirements.
o Submit sales report and participate in weekly/monthly reviews
on regular basis as per business demand.
o Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
o Managing expectations and delivering value to all three main
stakeholders: Owner, Customer and staff members.
o Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as
needed.
