Job Description

Customer Assistance:

Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to phone or email inquiries.

Provide information on travel packages, destinations, flights, accommodations, and visa processes.

Bookings and Reservations:

Handle ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour reservations accurately.

Process changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.

Documentation Support:

Assist customers with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents.

Ensure all documentation complies with company and legal standards.

Upselling and Promotions:

Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.

Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and excursions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.

Address complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office Support:

Keep records of transactions, bookings, and customer details.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, airline rules, and promotional offers.

Share insights with clients to help them make informed travel decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Tourism or related fields is a plus).

Experience: Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in travel booking systems (., Amadeus, ) and basic MS Office applications.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Personal Attributes:

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
