The Corporate Travel Coordinator will arrange business travel for employees, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and making necessary reservations for accommodations.

Responsibilities

Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations

Identify the best available option for each travel need.

Approved travel reasons and budget limits

Prepares travel itineraries and distributes to all appropriate staff.

Processes reimbursements for travel expenses.

Must Have

-Bachelor Degree or Higher

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.

-Excellent decision-making skills

-ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice

Nice to have

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

-Previous training and experience with travel software highly preferred.

-Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
