Job Responsibilities :
Previous working experience as a Corporate Travel desk for more than (3 to 5) years
Min 1 year corporate environment that should be available 24/7, and should be aware of invoicing (screening, verifying from vendors, and coordinating with internal accounts) and the ticketing process.
Should experience all modes of travel ticketing (Cab, bus, train, air, hotels)
Should have done online issuance of tickets by themselves (Should not be working with vendors and agencies)
Managing 200-250 invoices per week (checking, verifying, approval, coordinating with the Finance team, knowledge of GST)
Ensure all travel bookings are done with NIL escalation as per employee eligibility and the travel request are closed within prescribed TAT.
Maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
Initiate discussion with new travel vendors and make quotes comparison.
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments & Agreement Contracts.
Travel booking MIS to be maintained.
Ensure all travel vendors' invoices clearance are done within SLA
No-dues certificate of the respective vendors to be shared with the finance department on a quarterly basis
International experience is highly preferred.
Note : Only travel agencies experience will not be considered *
