Job Overview:

Business travel solutions, helping customers book their business travel requirements around the world.

Qualification:

Graduation is mandatory

Diploma course

1+ years of experience

Roles and Responsibility:

Responsible for booking the non-Air products ., Hotel, Rail, Car, Ferry etc. as per the clients request

Action the booking request within the given SLA

Call the hotel for reconfirmation on amendments

Providing the right information to the customers based on their request

Follow up with customers and suppliers on all the pending cases

Maintain track of all the tickets and update production on a daily basis to the Team Lead

Candidate Requirement:

Minimum 1 year of Experience in Customer service industry Voice along with Non voice process.

Experience in any international process will an added advantage.

Freshers from Travel and Tourism background is preferred

Preferred 1-2 years of Travel & Tourism Industry experience.

Ability to work under pressure

Basic knowledge of excel.

Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
